Sigma fire doors
The Sigma fire door by Andreu was launched to combine the safety of a fire door with the aesthetics and resistance of a laminate door.
The only door on the market with a 2mm high pressure laminate sheet.
The leaf consists of two unsoldered 0.8 mm thick galvanised steelsheet covered with 2 high Pressure Laminate of 2 mm thick. Its interior is filled with a combination of fire-resistant materials (rockwool, plasterboard and steel reinforcements).
The single leaf door range passed the fire resistance EI2 30, EI2 60, EI2 90 and EI2 120 standards whilst the double door range passed the fire resistance EI2 30 and EI2 60 according to UNE-EN 1634-1:2001 Standard.
Standard measurements for single leaf doors are 800 x 2050mm up to 1200 x 2050 mm. Double leaf standard measurements are 1200 x 2050mm up to 2200 x 2050mm.
